Hall County is United Around Mental Health

1 in 5 struggle with mental health.
100% of us can help.

Our mental health is like our physical health. It can affect all that we do, from productivity or absences at work, to performance in school, to relationships with others in our community. Reach Out is an initiative of the United Way of Hall County One Hall Health committee working to normalize seeking help for mental health support and to educate the community that mental health is as important as physical health.

We envision a future for those in Hall County where mental health needs are recognized and treated and where knowledge of and access to mental health services are increased. Together, we can encourage others to reach out and check in so no one in Hall County feels alone.

Gratitude often starts with the people who support us. 💛 Friends who are there when we need them. Family members who encourage us. Mentors who guide and support us along the way. Even opportunities at school that help us grow and learn.
Taking time to recognize these moments can help reduce stress and remind us we’re not alone. Gratitude doesn’t cost a thing, but it can have a meaningful impact on your mental well-being. What is something you’re grateful for today?
