El número 988 de la Línea de Ayuda contra el Suicidio y las Crisis proporciona apoyo emocional gratuito y confidencial 24 horas al día, 7 días a la semana, a cualquier persona que esté pensando en suicidarse, sufra angustia emocional o necesite ayuda contra la adicción. Llamando, enviando un mensaje de texto o chateando con el número 988, las personas se ponen en contacto con asesores de crisis formados que les ofrecen apoyo, les escuchan y les ayudan a superar su situación.
