Our mental health is strongly connected to our physical health. How we treat our bodies can affect our minds. There are many ways to make our bodies and minds stronger, many of which are freely available. 

  • Go outside each day, even if just for a few minutes.
  • Limit screen time and increase face-to-face interaction.
  • Move your body in a healthy way–take a walk, dance in your living room, use stairs instead of the elevator, if you’re able.
